Description
RCIL is hiring a Part-Time Student Worker Office Assistant in Utica. We will work around your class schedule!
$13.75/hour (this is paid employment--not an internship for college credit)
Seeking a college student to join our Finance Team a minimum of 15 hours per week, with the option of working up to 35 hours per week. Hours must be completed during RCIL’s business hours of Monday-Friday between 8am-4pm.
Good computer skills to include Microsoft Excel are required.
COVID-19 vaccination is required for this position. RCIL will engage in the accommodation process when an exemption is requested.

• Track missing or incomplete items.
• Follow up as needed (via email and phone calls) to request missing items.
• File documents in paper and electronic files as appropriate.
• Provide production reports as needed.
