Internship description
We are looking for a motivated and energetic person to help us with providing customer service to our customers and inside sales support for our outside sales team. Join our team to learn about an exciting green technology of LED lighting from our senior team members. A successful candidate must be passionate about providing excellent customer service and must be able to use the internet and various desktop applications including Excel, Zoho, Word, etc. This is a great position with vast opportunities to advance within the company.
Internship compensation: $17/hour; 40 hrs/week
Roles
- Answer phone calls
- Process sales orders & invoices
- Answer quote requests via email, as well as over the phone
- Provide technical support to customers
- Attend to our retail store and service walk-in customers
Additional necessary skills
- Be able to communicate via e-mail, phone and in person in a concise and clear manner
- Proficiently use a computer (Excel, Word, E-mail)
- Be punctual
- Have a positive attitude
- Have good time management skills
