Internship description
We are looking for a motivated and energetic person to help us with our marketing efforts. Join our team to learn about an exciting green technology of LED lighting from our senior team members. A successful candidate must be passionate about marketing and must be able to use the internet and various desktop applications including Excel, Zoho, Word, etc. This is a great position with vast opportunities to advance within the company.
Internship compensation: $17/hour; 40 hrs/week
Roles
- Research trade shows/set up
- Manage our Facebook/Twitter/other social media accounts
- Analyze and improve our web-site/SEO
- Research online stores and work on listing Green Ignite products
- Research, find and reach out to sales reps in new territories
Additional necessary skills
- Be able to communicate via e-mail, phone and in person in a concise and clear manner
- Proficiently use a computer (Excel, Word, E-mail)
- Be punctual
- Have a positive attitude
- Have good time management skills
